Speech Language Specialist K-5
AnthroMed Education is committed to providing exceptional speech services to our students. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will join a team of passionate professionals who prioritize student success.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with students/pediatrics and be passionate about providing speech and language services to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate student's speech-language abilities to prepare treatment plans
- Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services according to IEPs
- Conduct assessments, translate, and analyze assessment results to determine strengths and concerns
- Create a learning environment characterized by effective process management strategies
- Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings
- Develop treatment plans that are strength-based and child-centered
- Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery align with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Assist teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected speech and language delays/disorders
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid MI SLP license
