Our Process:

- Learn about your preferences: grade levels, eligibilities, travel distance, and more. This helps us match you with schools that fit your needs.
- Start interviewing with our school partners to explore caseloads, school cultures, and specific requirements for each role.
Clinical Support:
- We offer regular one-on-one support from our Clinical Support Director.
- Bi-weekly team meetings keep you connected with colleagues.
- A generous materials stipend helps you stay equipped throughout the year.
- You'll receive 100% reimbursement for ASHA dues and licensure fees in Colorado.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid CO SLP License
- Experience in a school setting is preferred
- Possess a strong desire to work in a team-oriented school environment and provide quality speech therapy services
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000β$85,000, based on experience, paid weekly.
