We're hiring an Editorial Lead to join our Internal Communications team. In this role, you'll craft compelling narratives that bring Anthropic's mission, research breakthroughs, and organizational journey to life for our employees. Your primary focus will be developing content for all-hands meetings and internal forums that weaves together our work across research, product, and policy into cohesive stories that inform, inspire, and align our team.
We're particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in creative writing, script development, or content production who can apply narrative techniques to organizational storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Lead content development for all-hands meetings, finding the narrative thread that connects technical updates to our broader mission
- Work with executives to develop compelling presentations and scripts that reflect their authentic voice
- Create an editorial framework that ensures consistent, meaningful, and creative internal storytelling that reinforces our mission and values
- Translate complex technical concepts into engaging narratives accessible to all employees regardless of technical background
- Work with visual designers and production specialists to enhance storytelling through thoughtful presentation design
- Analyze what resonates with our internal audience and refine our approach accordingly
