As a member of the IT Systems team, you will be responsible for managing and securing Anthropic's essential business applications while ensuring smooth employee lifecycle operations. This role combines technical expertise and security with process development to support our growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain core business applications including Google Workspace, Jira/Atlassian suite, Slack, Outline, Asana, GitHub/Gitlab, and Claude.ai/Console
- Design and implement security controls and compliance reporting processes across all core applications
- Develop and maintain employee lifecycle management procedures, including comprehensive onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Monitor application security, perform regular audits, and implement best practices for access management
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize application configurations and workflows
- Create and maintain documentation for all core applications and processes
- Respond to and resolve application-related incidents and service requests
- Stay current with security best practices and compliance requirements

- Have 5 years of experience administering enterprise SaaS applications
- Possess strong knowledge of identity and access management principles
- Have experience implementing security controls and compliance frameworks
