This collaborative leader will partner across the organization to plan and execute new programs and projects. The role sits within a combined Programs organization responsible for driving key work across Anthropic, with a focus on marketing events execution—from flagship conferences to strategic industry presence. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our marketing events, ensuring teams stay coordinated and aligned throughout each phase of event execution. Your primary focus will be on execution excellence—from maintaining clear timelines and dependencies across teams to establishing efficient processes that help us move faster and more effectively across regions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional coordination efforts for key marketing events from start to finish, including building scalable processes
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to define, scope, and sequence major program elements (e.g., product demos, presentation development)
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resourcing strategies for events
- Establish scalable program management frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
- Lead cross-functional coordination and planning for complex event programs
- Provide clear and transparent reporting on program status, issues, and risks
- Provide on-the-ground support at various events, with moderate travel required
