Role Summary
Anthropologie is looking for an Assistant Digital Merchandiser to help manage the flow of the Home & Furniture product and storytelling from the buy to the activation as well as the overall maintenance of the site.
Role Responsibilities
The Assitant Digital Merchandiser will help with the execution related to the below responsibilities:
- Category Page Merchandising (faceouts, dsaps, lock tiles & algorithm management)
- PDP Management (creative alts/ faceouts, rec trays, collection, make it a match, etc,)
- Search Optimizations (OSS, SEO & TBD Home version of Trendalytics)
- Onsite Content (Gateways, LP’s, Banners etc.)
- Navigation, Filters, & Trend Shop maintenance (taxonomy)
- Marketing CT’s and Experiences
- Testing Initiatives
- Reporting
- Product Activations (daily & campaign launches)
- Inventory Management for featured content styles (Email, HPG, Paid & Organic Social)

Role Qualifications
• Strong communication & organizational skills• Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize & multi-task• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint• Proactive personality with exceptional interpersonal skills• Capable of working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help support the digital channel• Ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy completing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment• Interest/knowledge of home interiors, trends, and general understanding of Anthropologie brand
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related fieldLocation: Philadelphia, PATravel: Minimal travel required
