Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced fashion Concept Designer with a passion for print and pattern. This temporary position will focus on the research and development of seasonal print trends and concepts for Anthropologie apparel brands. The ideal candidate demonstrates curiosity, creativity, and innovation, coupled with the ability to navigate feedback effectively.
Role Responsibilities

- Adapt and translate trends to align with Anthropologie’s customer and brand sensibilities.
- Curate and synthesize research into visually impactful seasonal print trend packs that are both focused and directional.
- Translate trends into original, brand-appropriate print concepts that are aspirational and align with key narratives.
- Experiment with AI platforms, such as MidJourney, to generate original imagery and explore new creative possibilities.
- Utilize advanced graphic design skills to develop inspiring visual tools that effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
- Establish and maintain a shared image source archive to ensure accessibility and organization of visual resources.
- Demonstrate strong CAD skills to visualize ideas within the desired context with precision and clarity.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fine art, textile design, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8–10 years of experience in the print or design industry.
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, print design, and apparel design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with or openness to creative exploration using AI platforms, such as MidJourney.
