What You'll Do:
In this role, you will address customer needs by managing cancellation requests, overcoming objections, and working to retain business. You'll provide service support and information through phone and email interactions while maintaining accurate customer records and resolving escalated issues or forwarding them to appropriate team members. You'll also plan logistics, route service technician schedules, and collaborate with field teams, managers, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Educating customers about service plans and pest control knowledge will be key, along with leveraging technology tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office, and Pest Pac to research, investigate, and creatively solve customer and team challenges.

What We Need From You:
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- The ability to prioritize tasks and maximize performance while staying customer-focused.
