Job Description:
Killingsworth Environmental, an Anticimex company, is a leading pest control company providing services throughout North Carolina. We’re looking to add a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to grow our presence in Matthews, NC. Every day, our experienced and qualified pest technicians help residential and commercial clients control their termite and pest activity. Our corporate staff, sales team, and pest technicians work together to help our customers.
We are looking for a Commercial Pre-Treatment Sales Specialist to join our team. If you’re detail-oriented, have sales experience, work with a sense of urgency, and can understand building plans, this is the job for you! You will work in the office, Monday through Friday, and receive leads to assist you with hitting your monthly sales goals.

Required skills/education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business experience (B2B)
Desired knowledge/skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills)
- Ability to learn or experience using sales tracking systems
- General knowledge of pest control services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas
- Ability to understand building plans
- Strong sales background
- Experienced in using Excel spreadsheets
Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue and achieve the company’s sales targets
- Build and manage business relationships with commercial and/or residential builders
- Experience exceeding KPIs and sales goals
- Generate leads through building relationships with local builders and following up on referrals
- Commitment to using CRM daily to track and report activities related to developing new business
- Become knowledgeable on current products and services offered within the company
- Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients, price negotiation, pipeline management, training, and marketing support.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products.
- Provide custom quotes as necessary.
- Work with a sense of urgency to monitor emails, take calls (an average of 10 per day), and complete required documentation
