Job Description:
ssential Duties and Responsibilities
This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix.
- Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.
- Build rapport with customers over the phone to ensure understanding, provide exceptional service and close business.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers via phone required
- Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold
- High School diploma or GED required
Required Skills
- Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully
- Ability to multi-task as position will require data entry while on the phone.
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service
