Inside Sales Representative
Location: Buchanan, NY
Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $17 - $20 / hr Commission
Successful individuals for this role possess a high level of energy, with an attention to detail towards customized solutions for new and current customers. Daily focus on improvement to drive customer engagement in every way possible with a desire to go above and beyond to help our most valued asset, our client base.

- Initiate daily outbound calls to create sales opportunities.
- Skillful within a high-volume inbound call center environment.
- Practice a team focused approach with all sales-related activities.
- Possess strong customer service abilities for non-sales related issues.
- Sense of urgency with all duties and functions.
Requirements:
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong technology skill set and ability to navigate multiple systems, proficiency with Office Suite.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, especially during “peak season.”
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
