As a Sales Inspector, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure that their needs are met. You must have excellent communication skills in order to provide excellent customer service, build trust and loyalty with clients, prospect new commercial clients and resolve any issues that may arise. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities in order to quickly identify the best solutions for customer issues.
Compensation:
Base salary ($35,000 annually) plus commission.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect new residential clients, build client lists, set meetings with new potential clients and provide proposals for new clients.
- Make treatment recommendations.
- Provide professional and expert advice to address customer's pest concerns.
- Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Attend company-provided sales courses designed to improve skills.
- Be responsible for timely and accurate reporting. Reporting will include sales calls made, proposals submitted, and disposition of prospects.
- Provide timely and accurate information and paperwork to the appropriate service center for rendering services sold.
- Operate and maintain an assigned vehicle in accordance with all motor vehicle laws, company policies and manufacturer's recommendations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have a valid state driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience.
- Prior sales experience (not necessarily in pest control) with a proven track record preferred.
- Must be motivated and a self-starter.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be dependable, organized, and honest.
- Must have good judgment/decision making ability.
- Must have a positive attitude and excellent work ethics.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have or be able to learn practical and technical knowledge of duties, functions, terminology, work procedures, regulations, and company policies.
