We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at Antietam Broadband, a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP).

The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring the Business and Enterprise Sales team has the necessary tools, processes, and systems to operate efficiently.

Your primary focus is on coordinating and administering sales operations tasks, such as : Managing sales data, reports, and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.  The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and passionate about supporting business growth. Job Type :  Full-time Rate :  $20-$22 / hr plus overtime if applicable Location : Office in Hagerstown, MD Responsibilities Include :

  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards / spreadsheets, and other performance metrics.
  • Maintain prospect list(s) in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Develop, track and record status of new business efforts and / or other reports through the Business Development database / CRM (Salesforce) as well as maintain report preparation as needed.
  • Review contracts for new business and assist Account Executives with contract / sales process
  • Follow-up on contracts that have not been returned for signature.
  • Evaluate and improve procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Work closely with Director and Account Executives to identify and implement data-driven marketing strategies to gain market share, mentor others, and build a team to achieve target growth throughout our markets.
  • Assist Account Executives to track daily orders for business customers.
  • Assist team on call and email sales que, when needed
  • Train and understand sales process on SMB products and systems.
  • Oversee the coordination / scheduling of sales employees through shared calendar.
  • Schedule weekly / monthly team meetings.
  • Coordinate and provide marketing information and / or update marketing materials as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on social media efforts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate travel accommodations for sales team including flights, hotels, rental vehicles, shipping of trade show materials and additional event coordination as necessary.
  • Understand all the business products and services sold and the process of delivery to the customer. You will need to have :
  • 2 years of experience in a related role (sales, operations, telecom, or marketing).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
  • Experience with financial reporting, accruals, and budget management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to be pleasantly persistent in follow-ups and communications. Benefits :
