Key Responsibilities:

- Operate top loader machinery to load, unload, and stack containers or cargo safely.
- Position containers precisely on trucks, trailers, or storage areas.
- Ensure loads are balanced and secured properly during handling.
- Conduct pre-operation safety checks on the top loader to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines, including weight limits and movement protocols.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
- Organize and relocate containers or materials in a designated sequence for efficient operations.
- Verify container numbers, cargo types, and placements against operational plans.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs, such as checking fluid levels and inspecting hydraulic systems.
- Keep the top loader clean and operational, reporting any issues requiring further technical support.
- Communicate with yard supervisors, drivers, and other equipment operators to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow instructions from ground staff or logistics teams regarding container placement.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges.
