Job Description
- 10 hours : Assist the Office of Admissions with assembling information packets, and preparing admissions materials and mailings.
- Assist at the welcome desk.
- Data entry of new prospects and applications.
- Scan hard copy files to electronic images.
- Process admission materials.
- Answer Admissions general phone line and emails.
- Provide campus tours for prospective students.
- 5 hours : Assist with inventory management of admissions collateral materials.
- 2-4 hours : Assist with events.
- 2 hours : Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1 hour : Serve as a student panelist at admissions events.
