About the Role
The Program Coordinator II is a key position within the Counseling, Psychology, Therapy (CPT) School at Antioch University.
As a Program Coordinator II, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and integrative oversight for all admissions processes for Division III.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the coordination with Admissions and program faculty to plan and implement information sessions and interview schedules
- Developing and executing ongoing orientation programs for the Division including specific programs and certificates
- Managing the interview process, including invite tracking, event preparation, and post-event activities documentation
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the admissions process and be able to analyze and improve processes to enhance student experience.
