Compensation: $24.50/hour
Position Overview
The Program Coordinator for the Antioch Community Therapy Services (ACTS) serves as the primary hub for all communications involving the ACTS program. The Program Coordinator is the liaison with current MAP Traditional and Low Residency students, Clinical Training Offices, program faculty, and various University departments.
The Program Coordinator provides support for all ACTS Clinical Training operations. This includes tracking student progress with their cases, maintaining files for students and supervisors, and working with the MAP Traditional and Low Residency Clinical Training Offices.

Essential Job Functions
ACTS Program & Clinical Training Support
- Develop and coordinate effective means of communicating relevant information about the ACTS program and clinical training through documentation, publicity, community agencies, etc.
- Manage and coordinate student documents including Antioch and licensing board requirements, and policies and procedures prior to students being assigned cases
- Coordinate training meetings including reaching out to Antioch faculty as well as the community for speakers
- Respond to email, phone calls and other inquiries with timely and accurate information and address questions and any unresolved issues to the ACTS Director and to Antioch University (AU) representatives
- Coordinate and support student information sessions and clinical training orientations to help prepare students for their clinical training experiences
- Attend ACTS staff meetings to coordinate and manage follow through on all action items
- Manage AU processes and coordinate necessary documentation including pay forms and position requests
- Problem solve administrative and technical (including ACTS computer program and Google Suite) concerns and questions and provide guidance to students and supervisors on processes and documentation
- Coordinate the Intake schedule and send out reminders to students when they have Intakes to complete
Program Data
- Manage student and supervisor records
- Compile statistics for assessment and other purposes
- Maintain student data and their clients’ information
- Manage as well as input data to the ACTS computer program for case management that includes student case notes, etc.
- 3 years of related experience or combination of education, experience, and training; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google suite, and ability to learn and utilize new software.
