Job Description
The Program Coordinator II provides comprehensive and integrative oversight for all admissions processes for Division III in the Counseling, Psychology, Therapy (CPT) School.
This includes facilitating the admissions process, coordinating and strategizing student onboarding and orientation. The Coordinator analyzes processes and strategically implements continuous improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead coordination with Admissions and program faculty to plan and implement information sessions and interview schedules
- Develop and execute ongoing orientation programs for the Division including specific programs and certificates
- Coordinate the admission processes in collaboration with Admissions and Student Services
