Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience. You will assist in various food service operations, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining food safety standards.

Possibility for shift rotation, some Holidays off, work most weekends

Fast paced, high volume group/ buffet/banquet style dining
Duties
- Serve and clean up after meals
- Prepare/prep for next meal service
- Monitor, correct and maintain shift standards
- Follow all sanitation and serving guidelines set for by the establishment and found in Serv-Safe class
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet events as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards throughout all food handling processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Prepare and serve food for special events
- Assist with cooking
- Ability to push/pull equipment and transport carts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Serv-safe certification is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
