About the Administrative / Office Assistant position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office / Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.
- Manage office operations, including ordering kitchen and office supplies.
- Be a liaison for building related issues and oversee maintenance and repair requests for office infrastructure.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings when requested.
- Support HR and administrative functions, such as onboarding new hires and giving an office tour to visitors and candidates.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Assist in event planning for company meetings, team outings, and celebrations.
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot basic IT issues.
- Maintain and organize office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle deliveries, shipping swags, etc.
