The Role
In order to grow the team, we need to find and bring on board the best engineering talent. We're committed to cutting through all the noise and getting to the smartest, most technical, and most personable engineers out there. All those qualifications mean that we need someone who is both insightful about people and also knowledgeable about technology. We are hiring for many levels of seniority : from new grads to leadership and need someone who is ready to do it all!
In this role you will :
- Work closely with Director of Operations to improve the overall recruiting process and help plan out scalable hiring strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for the engineering team other teams as time goes on; from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Invent and run creative sourcing campaigns. This could include attending and adding messaging to corporate events.
- Work with outside sourcing partners where needed.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Facilitate interview process, coordinate schedules, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records.
- Negotiate offers, close candidates, and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes as the (engineering) team grows.
