Antiverse is seeking a visionary Chief Scientific Officer to build a differentiated biologics pipeline by leveraging our AI-driven platform for epitope-specific antibody design. They will have a key role in the new phase of Antiverse by developing our biologics pipeline from discovery through IND and beyond, working closely with the C-suite and the board.

How can you contribute
As the CSO, you will build and execute the strategy to develop a differentiated biologics pipeline and be the architect for this new phase of Antiverse. You will be responsible for target selection, antibody design, and development all the way to the IND. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can marry AI with wet-lab technologies to innovate in target discovery, validation, biologic design, and efficacy and toxicity prediction.
Day-to-day activities
Each day can look very different at Antiverse, with new priorities coming in quickly. Below is a rough outline of the work you'll be involved in :
- Develop and execute a pipeline strategy from target selection (GPCRs and ion channels) to IND.
- Transition AI-designed hits (anything with a H-chain) into preclinical and IND-ready biologics.
- Leverage AI to rethink target validation, antibody optimisation, developability, and efficacy / tox prediction.
- Establish credibility with investors and pharma partners.
- Manage collaborations and external partnerships.
- Provide strategic leadership and scientific direction to internal teams.
