Key Responsibilities
- Assist in booking and coordinating small events within the restaurant.
- Process and manage reservation paperwork efficiently.
- Maintain and oversee daily reservations, ensuring optimal pacing and quantity for seamless timeline of reservations.
- Collaborate with private dining managers and front-of-house teams for seamless reservation updates.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and special requests promptly.
- Other duties as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency with OpenTable, TripleSeat, and Toast preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
