As Assistant Manager you prepare for a management role at Anton Paar USA. For the next 6-12 months, you will work with the senior leadership team on assigned projects at the US Headquarters in Ashland, VA toward a management role at one of our regional offices.
The base salary range for this position is $70,000/year to $80,000/year and depends on related experience. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities include:
- Completion of management-related projects
- Applying business and marketing concepts
- Assistance in strategic planning, for budgets and audits
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Desire to work in a management role
- Willingness to relocate to one of our US locations for a management role
- 5 years experience in sales or service in the analytical instrument industry
- Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight travel
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or natural sciences
- Valid driver's license and passport
