Overview
The Carry Out position plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience in our fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting customers with their orders, providing excellent service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions and providing change as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables and restocking supplies.
- Ensure food handling safety standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to expedite orders and ensure timely service.
- Utilize basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Provide assistance to team members as needed to enhance overall service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills are essential.
- Experience in food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere are important for success in this role.
