What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader/Pastry Chef position at Antoni's Italian Cafe?
Looking for two candidates with one being a pastry chef. If applying you should know the basics of cooking savory dishes. Can make a stock, sauces from scratch, knows the how to be organized and clean while working a station. Understands pars, fifo and the importance of hierarchy. Youre job will be to work expo and to make sure everything is being done to spec and the orders are all correct.
