Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers: Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers through calls, emails, and chat. Provide information about vehicles, promotions, and dealership services.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to potential leads and customers to schedule appointments, confirm test drives, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead Management: Maintain an organized database, track leads, and update customer information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong phone and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
  • Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role is a plus, but not required!
  • Experience in automotive sales or BDC is a bonus, but we’ll train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
