Non CDL Delivery Driver Program
What can I expect :
Delivering product to our restaurant customers
Driving a non-commercial vehicle locally
Assisting a Class A Driver on routes regionally
Studying to obtain your temporary permit
Attend school to obtain your Class A License
Gaining knowledge of our product and routes
Fast pace environment
Making numerous deliveries throughout the day
Requirements :
High school diploma or GED.
20 years or older.
Ability to pass a driving and criminal background, DOT physical and drug test.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – No OVI’s.
Physical ability to lift 35lbs on average on a consistent basis, bend, twist and climb.
Ability to obtain Class A within 3 months of hire.
Compensation :
As a Non CDL Driver you will earn $210 per day.
After you obtain your Class A and are certified by our Driver Auditor, pay will then increase to $300 per day for 1 Day routes and $350 per day for 2 Day routes
Annual Safety Bonus – $1,500
