- Process and perform basic evaluations of Customer returned merchandise quickly and efficiently, and determine if returns can be resold.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Customer Service Team and Reverse Logistics team.
- Assist RMA Technicians with diagnostics and technical evaluations when necessary.
- Maintain safe and clean work environmentQUALIFICATIONS :
- 6 months experience in a relevant field
- Experience actively using and learning about computers, gaming, and related consumer electronics
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
- Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, frequent lifting and moving up to 50lbs
- Ability to work extended daily hours as business volume requires
- Effective communication skills
