Russian Speaking Concierge Intake Attorney

Antonyan Miranda, LLP has is hiring an additional Client Concierge Attorney fluent in both Russian and English for the downtown San Diego office. This is an in-person position. The position involves handling the intake of new clients, sales, and case management including personalized matching with litigators. General legal knowledge of family law, probate and trust and estate matters is preferred, but not necessary. We will train the right person.

• Provide telephone consultations on demand.
• Gather information, spot issues, identify financial resources, etc.
• Ability to work with people from a range of backgrounds.
• Set up new clients in our software systems.
• Collaborative orientation, capacity to work in a team, and solution-oriented approach.
• Other duties as assigned by manager or partners.

• Fluent in Russian and English
• Experience in Personal Injury or Employment Law is a plus
• California Bar Licensed.
• 3 Years of legal experience.
• Practices superior time management.
• Possess strong initiative.
• Excellent writing, communication and language skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
• Must have strong commitment to client service.
• Proficiency with MS Office Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
