Job Title: Water/Wastewater Operator
The Antrim Water & Sewer Department seeks a skilled Water/Wastewater Operator to join their team. This full-time position requires the ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant, equipment, facilities, and collection system
- Inspect, maintain, and repair plant equipment
- Perform manual labor and semi-skilled work in the maintenance, repair, construction, and installation of water systems, including pipeline, valves, fire hydrants, pumps, meters, and service lines
- Respond to service calls and emergencies outside of normal working hours
Requirements:
- New Hampshire Driver's License
- NH Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator Grade II certification (or Grade I with ability to get Grade II)
- Water Works Operator, Distribution and Treatment Grade I certification
