Position Summary: Under direct supervision, the Business Administrative Intern will support multiple departments across our organization, including Marketing, Human Resources, Supply Chain and General Administration. The intern will collaborate with a variety of teams, assist with day-to-day operations, and develop a deeper understanding of how different functions work together to drive company success.
What You'll Do:
Marketing:
- Learn about content creation, social media scheduling, and campaign tracking
- Support in market research and competitor analysis
- Help prepare marketing reports and presentations
Human Resources:
- Learn HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Help maintain and update HR records and documents
Supply Chain:
- Learn about inventory tracking, vendor communication, and purchase order processing
- Help gather and analyze data to improve supply chain efficiency
- Support documentation and compliance tasks
Administration:
- Provide general administrative support such as organizing events, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Assist in preparing internal reports and maintaining office processes
- Support interdepartmental communication and logistics
