Description
Under general direction of the Engineering Documentation Manager the Instruction Manual Writer Intern is responsible for creating, and revising documentation related to product owner’s manuals, instruction sheets and service publications for all Antunes product lines.
What You'll Do:
- Creates, plans, write, illustrates, revises end user publications and technical service publications including specification sheets, product owner’s manuals, replacement parts kits, instruction sheets, and other publications as needed. May provide photography of products as needed to for use in user manuals.
- Leverages 3D models in Inventor and SolidWorks to create replacement parts exploded views for publications.
- Interfaces with the Document Control Team and Design Engineers to create and maintain document control processes, document change requests, and routing of documentation for review and edits.
- Maintains the tech data library of publications and templates.
What You'll Bring:
- Proficient with MS Office, Adobe InDesign software.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.
- Experience creating accurate isometric vector illustrations a plus.
- Must be capable of processing multiple projects, work independently and perform required tasks with nominal supervision.

Considerations:
- Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree as Junior or Senior in graphic design, Computer Graphics, or Web Design.
- Ability to write clearly and effectively.
