Description of the role:
As an Upgrade & Vehicle Acquisition Specialist at Antwerpen Toyota, you will be responsible for identifying potential upgrade opportunities for customers and assisting them in acquiring new vehicles. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs and providing top-notch service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Engage with customers to assess their current vehicle and identify potential upgrade options based on their needs, preferences, and budget
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Meet or exceed sales goals for vehicle upgrades
- Acquire vehicles through various channels, including private sales, service drive, and trade-ins, ensuring alignment with dealership inventory needs and market demand.
- Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventory
- Work with the Used Car Manager to identify current vehicle needs

Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Experience in Vehicle Sales and Vehicle Acquisitions REQUIRED
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
- Strong negotiation skills, sales motivated
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor
