Growing client is currently hiring for a PARALEGAL in Brunswick, GA.
Qualifications Include
- 5 years of experience of working defense litigation matters is needed.
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must possess excellent organization skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to operate well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Must be very familiar with Georgia law.
Experience Should Include
- Assisting attorney(s) in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions; drafting legal documents such as subpoenas and pleadings.
- Assisting in case analysis meeting all applicable deadlines.
- E-filing with both State and Federal Courts.
- Need to be familiar with filing subpoenas, medical summarizations and other documents received, following up on receipt of records and updated records, discovery, and billing of their time. Need to know how to work a case from beginning to end!
Salary : $55,000 - $68,000
