We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Licensed Insurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work in an office environment, helping clients secure the insurance coverage they need. You will provide professional customer service, process insurance applications, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and bonus opportunities based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Exceptional Customer Service Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies. Assist clients with inquiries related to insurance options, coverage, and claims. Insurance Sales & Application Management Process and submit insurance applications accurately and efficiently. Ensure all applications are complete, compliant, and meet underwriting requirements. Track applications to ensure they result in paid and net policies.
Compliance & Licensing Requirements
Ensure compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations. Keep your insurance license active and participate in required training.
- ****Active insurance license required. If you are not already licensed you must pay for and enroll in the required course and pay for the state exam. Once you pass your exam we can assist you with help getting your state lic. and required training.
