MSA Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree.
- NOTE: Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. In addition, the substituted experience must be additional to the MSA Classification required years of experience. If the MSA Classification Experience requirement minimum is five (5) years, and the individual is substituting four (4) years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, then nine (9) years of experience would be required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical process on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) version 9.x, performing analysis, design, configuration and testing for a large-scale Software Project.*
*A “large-scale Software Project” is defined as a system having at least 5,000 system users and a total project cost of at least $20 million (defined as the total system development cost, including planning, design, development, and implementation).
- Minimum of two (2) years of business application experience with each of the following:
- PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Version 9.X (FSCM)
- PeopleTools Version 8.5x
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in training material development, including writing/editing documentation of job aids and detailed training materials.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in planning and participating in systems implementation related to training development and delivery.
