Must Haves
- 3 – 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst
- At least 2 years working within the assigned product – Peoplesoft or Lawson
- Understanding how to set up new departments, cost centers, job IDs, department structures, etc. – different functionalities in the product
- Understanding of how to get the MOST out of the applications
- Mergers & Acquisition experience
- Healthcare experience
- Merger & Acquisition experience specific to healthcare
- Understanding product capabilities for future and current state of application, determine changes that need to be made from a business standpoint
- Ability to implement product solutions for specific teams with the business application that they are supporting
- Provide support to development team as needed to thoroughly understand the requirement or request from the team
- Participate in evaluations of past, present or future application changes
- Communicate with internal and external teams to understand what current state and future state of organizations are
- Interact with PM to provide project updates, scope, etc.
