Technical Skills and Certification s

Cisco Certifications : CCNP Wireless or higher is preferred.
Wireless Certifications : CWNP certifications (e.g., CWAP, CWSP) are advantageous.
Network Protocols : TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS.
Operating Systems : Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Network Management Tools : Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Wireshark).

Soft Skills

Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Adaptability : Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
