Job Description
We're growing and looking for a passionate, results-driven sales professional with a strong background in the Wine and Spirits industry to join our dynamic Sales Team.
Your Role
In the role of Territory Sales at ANW, you'll play a key role in building lasting relationships, sharing stories, and helping businesses navigate the complex world of wine, spirits, and other beverages.
Responsibilities
- Servicing current accounts while actively driving growth by adding new clients through regular face-to-face visits, emails, phone calls, and text messages each week.
- Presenting and selling new products.
- Communicating and negotiating allocated goods when necessary.
- Conducting gap analysis using the CRM to grow distribution within assigned accounts.
- Occasionally delivering orders promptly and ensuring payment is received.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly KPIs, including in-person sales calls, active accounts, and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Wine & Spirits industry experience.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and understanding of customer needs.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Wine certification (preferred).
