Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct patient care and treatment in a home setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality patient experience and positive health outcomes by delivering the plan of care established by the RN Case Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A current CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- A current IV Certification
- A current CPR card for Healthcare Providers
- At least 1 year of Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) experience
- A valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and organization requirements and is in good working order
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and organization skills
