Brief Description: CRESSO Brands, the leading franchise brand in the direct-to-consumer clinical lab testing market and the employer services market, is looking for a visionary and strategic Director of Marketing to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the marketing strategies of our national, local, and franchise development marketing campaigns for Any Lab Test Now and ARCpoint Labs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national, local, and franchise development marketing strategies for both Any Lab Test Now and ARCpoint Labs.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors, as well as in-house marketing professionals.
- Maintain and update corporate websites, social media channels, and marketing collateral for brand consistency.
- Deliver marketing reports and insights to the CMO and key stakeholders; provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably with a focus on franchise or multi-location businesses.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of online and offline marketing channels and tactics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
