Any Lab Test Now is actively seeking a skilled Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant to join our expanding team. In this position, you will conduct blood specimen collection, support daily operations, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of tests and procedures, ensuring a professional and efficient experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform blood draws in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to recognized organizations and state regulations guidelines
- Assist with daily operational tasks, such as maintaining inventory, handling specimens, and processing test requisitions
- Deliver outstanding customer service, including confidently recommending lab tests and making our clients feel at ease during the phlebotomy process
- Support toxicology testing and DNA collections
- Possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as needed
- Participate in team training and continuous education programs in line with Any Lab Test Now protocols
- Maintain strong organizational skills to manage inventory, records, and order supplies
Requirements:
- A valid phlebotomy license
- At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting preferred
- Familiarity with various types of blood collection tubes and procedures
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations
- Sales or customer service experience
- Proficiency in the use of MS Word and Email; Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Experience conducting DOT drug screens is a plus
- Medical Assistant license is a plus
Hours for this position are as follows:
Full Time Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 6:00PM AND Saturday 10:00AM - 2:00PM
