Job description
Any Lab Test Now is looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team in Lubbock, TX. This position is responsible for collecting blood from patients in our clinics and delivering it to our laboratory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts routine blood draws and performs blood tests as needed
- Follows all safety protocols and standards
- Adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality standards
- Collects blood from patients in the clinic using venipuncture equipment, according to established procedures, and according to the orders of management
- Prepares specimens for testing and lab management
- Prepares lab work by cleaning instruments, running tests, and following procedures
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Previous experience as a phlebotomist preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of blood collection techniques preferred.
- Ability to follow procedures and procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
