Position Summary
Our team is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our growing lab testing business. We’re looking for a compassionate and communicative Medical Assistant who can confidently engage with clients and promote our services. This role requires a mix of technical skills in medical procedures and a customer-oriented approach, as you will be the face of our business.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws with precision and care.
- Conduct drug screenings.
- Administer nutritional injectables (e.g., Vitamin B12, Vitamin C).
- Educate and assist clients with selecting the right lab tests to meet their needs.
- Promote and sell company services and products with excellent communication.
- Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Word and Email (knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred).
- Organize and track inventory, maintain records, and ensure ordering of supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant, with at least one year of experience drawing blood.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- DOT certification or willingness to obtain if not already certified (training provided).
Hours & Compensation
- Hours of Operation:
- Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM – 2 PM
- Closed on Sundays
- Compensation: $20-25 an hour depending on experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
