Phlebotomist

We are looking for the Perfect Phlebotomist for us, do not apply unless you read the entire job posting.

Are you more than just an excellent Phlebotomist with 2-4 years of sticking experience? Do you have a knack for drawing blood and the ability to bring additional talents to the table—whether it’s computer skills, marketing expertise, artistic flair, or financial savvy? If so, we want you on our team!

We’re seeking an experienced Phlebotomist who’s not just reliable but also brings a range of other skills to enhance our business. This is a part-time position with potential for more hours, especially for those who can wear multiple hats.

What we’re looking for:

• Phlebotomy Expertise: You can draw blood with precision and efficiency, keeping patients comfortable and calm.
• Reliability: You actually show up on time and work your scheduled hours—if you tend to call off work for a variety of reasons....this is not the job for you.
• Versatility: You don’t stop at phlebotomy. Whether it’s troubleshooting tech issues, organizing the office or files, assisting with marketing campaigns, handling social media, or ready to help wherever needed.
• Self-Starter: You don’t need a step-by-step manual for every task. You see what needs to be done and do it, but also understands when to reach out for information, as needed, from the owners, your co-workers, vendors or Corporate office.
• Flexibility: You’re comfortable with change and ready to take on new projects as they arise. (No two days are exactly alike!)

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Superhuman computer skills - must have alot of experience with Excel or Google sheets. Also, tech glitches happen—be the hero who fixes them!
• A flair for marketing or sales (Can you help us grow our business?)
• Talents in art or graphic design (Got a creative side? We can use that!)
• Knowledge of small business and administrative tasks (If you can juggle numbers and paperwork like a pro, even better!)
