Social Media Content & Marketing Specialist (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Location: Houston, TX (Remote Onsite for Events)

Job Type: Part-Time, Flexible Schedule

Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience)

About Us:

We are an established event rental company specializing in customizable event experiences. We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand growth. If you have a passion for marketing, content creation, and storytelling, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:

This role is part-time and hybrid, allowing you to work remotely however you must be available to attending events or installations onsite in the Greater Houston area to capture content (photos/videos) for social media. You’ll be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating content, and running ad campaigns to boost engagement and attract event planners & luxury clientele.

Responsibilities:

Create & Post Engaging Content – Capture professional-quality photos, videos, reels, and stories at events and behind the scenes.

Social Media Management – Schedule posts, respond to followers, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Paid Advertising – Set up and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to reach event planners & luxury clientele.

Brand Growth & Analytics – Monitor insights, track engagement, and adjust strategies for maximum reach.

Collaborate with Our Team – Work closely with event designers and planners to highlight premium rental setups.

Qualifications:

✔ Experience in social media marketing & content creation.

✔ Strong Photography & Videography Skills (editing Experience Preferred).

✔ Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva.

✔ Experience with social media ads, analytics, and growth strategies.

✔ Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Reliable transportation for onsite event coverage.

✔ Passion for the event industry, luxury aesthetics, and digital storytelling.

From children's parties to community festivals. We help our clients find exactly what they need to make the event they are planning. Because we are small, we can offer more personal service and get to care about our customers and their events. Their event = our reputation, so customer service is the most important priority along with quality equipment. However, we are ready to turn over a new leaf and need someone to take lead on how to help us grow and branch out in our upcoming new directions. We are very much focusing on a growth mindset and need someone with time to focus on that for us.
