Job Summary

As a Barista at Anyday, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverage offerings while delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, as well as other beverages, consistently and to high standards

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment

Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure product quality

 Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment

 Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient workspace

Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed

Qualifications

 Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

 Excellent customer service and communication skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
