Role Highlights : Leadership & Collaboration : Partner with the center's leadership team to onboard, coach, and uphold clinical excellence and standard workflows.
Direct Patient Care Quality Improvement : Work with directors to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and workflow compliance.
Community Relationships : Build and maintain relationships with employers, payers, and the local community to drive growth.
Requirements
MD or DO with unrestricted medical license and DEA certification
Strong commitment to quality care, teamwork, and patient-first mentality
Leadership skills with experience in a multidisciplinary setting
Ability to handle confidential information and supervise staff effectively
