Reporting directly to our Head of Sales, you will partner closely with leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to optimize our go-to-market strategy and operational efficiency. You are an experienced professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS and a proven track record of empowering and enabling high-performance sales organizations.
You will be responsible for :
- Sales Strategy & Planning : Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets
- Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement solutions to drive productivity and effectiveness
- GTM Support : Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment across GTM initiatives and successful execution
- Sales Forecasting : Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Data Management & Analytics : Oversee CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and market trends
- Enablement : Design and deliver tools, resources, and training programs that enhance the performance of the sales team
- Territory & Quota Management : Define and manage territory assignments and quota-setting processes to support equitable and efficient sales coverage
- Technology Stack Management : Evaluate and implement sales technologies that streamline operations and improve team performance
